Visions:

My personal vision is to successfully establish and operate a creative art studio in Canada within 10 years. I want to specialize in creating visually captivating animations for local businesses and small-scale projects by leveraging my media arts background and business management skills. I aim to be recognized as a trusted and reliable provider of high-quality animation services within the local community.


Mission:

My mission is to establish an art studio that provides engaging, joyful, and aesthetic video productions for the local community and clients. By incorporating commercial video content and creative techniques into the daily lives of community members, I would like to inspire their creative thinking and reduce the barriers to creativity. Additionally, I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive creative environment. By nurturing community support and embracing technological advancements, I strive to elevate my abilities in video production to new heights.


S.M.A.R.T. Goals:

Short-Term Goal (1 year):

  • Successfully graduate from the RRC business management program.
  • Develop a portfolio showcasing my own animation work and establish an online presence through a website and social media platforms.
  • Complete a comprehensive market analysis of the animation industry, identifying trends, target audiences, and potential opportunities. 

Medium-Term Goal (3-5 years):

  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to create engaging video content that aligns with their branding and goals.
  • Expand the client base by networking with businesses and individuals in adjacent communities and industries.
  • Recruit a talented team of animators and artists who share a passion for storytelling and animation. 
  • Upgrade and acquire necessary equipment and software to enhance the quality and efficiency of video production processes.

Long-Term Goal (10 years):

  • Develop strategic partnerships with prominent animation studios or distribution platforms.
  • Cultivate a team of talented and diverse artists, animators, and technicians to expand the studio's capabilities and capacity.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the local creative industry by actively participating in industry events, mentorship programs, and community initiatives.
