Applied Motivation

Group Description: I was a member of a creative video editing team as part of my internship. Our team's main objective is to enhance the quality of video editing software and develop features that automatically generate video templates for users. Three leaders Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Abraham Lincoln are exceptional leaders who have gained admiration for their unique qualities and contributions that inspired me. 1.Bill Gates I found Bill Gates is an outstanding leader to be admired. His vision is truly inspiring. Gates had the foresight to recognize the potential of personal computers and software software, leading to the creation of microsoftware and revolutionizing the technology industry. This showed me the importance of having a clear vision and setting ambitious goals for myself. Gates' passion for continuous learning is also something I deeply admire.
